To Be Lost
It is said that the only way to find our way is to first be lost.The crises we all suffer in our lives leave us feeling lost, whether it is a relationship breakdown, loss of a job or position, a death of a loved one or loss of status. It is a crisis and we feel lost. And the pain we suffer at that time can be debilitating. We get into the spinning of anger and doubt, blame and shame and it hurts. But it will subside and we can move forward. We do this by seeking help and support and we talk and we listen. We share our feelings and we take these little steps and more little steps, and little steps again and we find our way. We don't do this alone; as a personal coach I will journey with you and lighten your load.
